2. Service description

AlphaTrend is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform specialized in financial market analysis and prediction. Our service uses machine learning algorithms to provide trading signals and statistical analyses.

Predictions are published every business day, 20 minutes before NASDAQ opening, on your dashboard and by email according to your preferences.

The user remains fully responsible for their investment decisions and portfolio management.

3. Plans and subscriptions

AlphaTrend offers a monthly subscription:

Automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each month unless the user expressly cancels.

4. Payment terms

Accepted payment methods

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Secure payments via Stripe

Billing and charges

Payment is charged immediately upon subscription, then automatically at each renewal.

Failed payments

If payment fails, platform access will be suspended after 3 attempts. The subscription will be automatically cancelled after 30 days of non-payment.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under European law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the subscription date.

Terms

Cancellation is possible at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. No refund is issued for unused time.

Automatic renewal

We will notify you by email at least 15 days before each automatic renewal, in accordance with European requirements.

7. Liability and limitations

Limitation of liability

AlphaTrend provides statistical signals and analyses only. The user remains fully responsible for their investment decisions.

Liability exclusion: AlphaTrend cannot be held liable for financial losses resulting from use of its services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the subscription paid.

8. Intellectual property

AlphaTrend and all its elements (website, algorithms, trademarks, logos, content) remain the exclusive property of AlphaTrend.

Usage rights

The user receives a personal, non-exclusive right of use, strictly limited to using the platform within the scope of their subscription.

Prohibitions: Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of AlphaTrend content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
